Shipping policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping cost
- FREE standard shipping on US orders with a merchandise subtotal of $45 or more (the discount is applied automatically at checkout).
- US orders under $45 are charged a flat standard shipping rate, which is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing (production) time
Every canvas is printed to order. Production takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.
Delivery time
Standard US delivery takes 3–7 business days after your order ships. In total, most orders arrive within 5–12 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays.
Tracking
Every physical order ships with tracking. We email you the tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Digital downloads
Digital download products are delivered instantly by email after payment; no shipping applies.
Lost, late or damaged parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email support@bloomworldart.com and we will help right away (see our Refund Policy for replacements).
