Returns & Refunds
BloomWorld is operated by DECH INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (德赫國際有限公司), Hong Kong. All canvas prints are made to order: each piece is printed for you after you place your order by our print-on-demand partner in the United States.
1. Damaged, misprinted or defective items
If your canvas arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, email support@bloomworldart.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue (and of the packaging, if it is damaged). We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send the item back, and you pay nothing for the replacement or its shipping.
2. Wrong or missing items
If you receive the wrong item, or an item is missing from your order, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will ship the correct item at no charge.
3. Returns of non-defective items (made-to-order)
Even though our canvases are made to order, you can return a non-defective canvas within 30 days of delivery if it is in new, unused condition, in its original packaging. There is no restocking fee.
To start a return, email support@bloomworldart.com with your order number. We will reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return shipping for non-defective returns is paid by the customer.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days after we receive the returned item (or, for damaged/defective items, within 7 days after we approve your claim). Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.
5. Digital downloads
Digital download products are final sale and non-refundable once the files have been delivered. If a file will not download, is corrupted or is missing, email us and we will resend it or refund you if we cannot fix the problem.
