Everything you need to know about our canvas wall art — sizing, production, shipping, and returns.

1. What material is it?

Each piece is printed on 1.5-inch gallery-wrap canvas — a cotton-polyester blend stretched over a solid wood inner frame. We print with thick impasto texture you can actually see and feel, not a flat digital print.

2. What sizes are available?

Each design comes in three vertical sizes: 18×24", 24×36", and 32×48". For a 3-seat sofa around 72–84 inches wide, the 24×36" or 32×48" reads best; the 18×24" works beautifully above a console, bed, or in a gallery wall.

3. How long does production take?

Every canvas is printed on demand. Production takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

4. How long until it arrives?

United States: 3–7 business days after production. International: 10–20 business days after production. You'll receive a tracking number the moment it ships.

5. What's your return policy?

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. Because each piece is made on demand just for you, items ordered in the wrong size or changed-mind returns can't be refunded — but we'll gladly offer store credit.

6. Do I get a tracking number?

Yes. Every order includes a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as it ships.

7. Can I customize or request a different size?

We don't currently offer custom commissions, but if you need a specific size, email us — we'll do our best to accommodate.

8. Does it come ready to hang?

Yes. Every canvas arrives with hardware attached and ready to hang out of the box.

9. Will colors match my screen?

There can be a slight difference between your screen and the printed canvas. Our muted, low-saturation palette is designed to stay true and calm in print — but please allow for minor variation.

10. Is the art original?

Yes. Every BloomWorld design is an original composition, inspired by the great colorists and masters — never copied from them. All artwork is copyright-protected.

11. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shipping within the United States is always free. International shipping is calculated at checkout, and any customs duties are the customer's responsibility.
